The Crafter's opinion :

I use resin for many different projects! I can create decorations for my home (trays, frames), jewellery (cabochons, embedded photos) but also miniatures (mini aquariums, soda glasses, fountains, etc.).

In short: You will love it. I warned you!

Gédéo Pearl resin adds a pearlescent touch to your creations.

Use: Voluminous creations, moulding decorative objects, ornamental frames, moulding figurines, jewellery, hairslides, marble technique,...

Material: Glass, earthenware, metal, sicline, painted wood, or decorations to mould

Two-component-epxoy-resin system: resin and hardener: .
Setting time: on the surface: 12 hours and on the inside: 24 hours
Storage: 6 months in a closed container after having opened the small bottle
Ideal storage temperature: 15°C to 25°. Protect from frost.
Cleaning: soap water.
Packaging: 150 ml

Application:
1. Slowly mix Pearl resin A to bring out the pearl effect.
2. Pour 1 dose of hardener B into a dry and clean recipient and then 2 doses of Pearl resin A into it
3. Mix both components well and do not omit the corners of the recipient (an incomplete mixture cannot guarantee for the hardening, a too energetic mixture creates small blisters). Pour the mixture into a second recipient and mix again to ensure homogeneity of the resin and optimum hardening.
4. Pour into the medium of your choice
5. Let it dry for 24 hours and protect it from dust. The hardening is progressive and varies according to the room temperature
A tip for the use of Gédéo :
To know the exact quantity you need of each component and to not waste the product:
Fill the mould you have chosen with water and measure the volume. Put 1/3 of hardener of that volume into a recipient as well as 2/3 of resin of that volume. Dry the mould and the recipient carefully before putting Pearl resin in it.
To add a sparkling touch to your creations, use Gédéo Gloss varnish or a fine layer of Gédéo Crystal resin.
For the creation of beautiful marble effects, use pearl resin with Gédéo resin colours.
To shape your casts (for example winding your casting around a bottle) you can remove the clay from its mould 12 hours after drying. It is completely hard after 24 hours.

Precautions:
- Avoid eye and skin contact, wear gloves.
- Do not mix Gédéo Pearl resin with components of Gédéo Glazing Resin.
- Gédéo resin must not come into contact with food.
- Do not use more than 150 ml Pearl resin per mixture.
